New Permits in Washtenaw County New permit requests can be faxed to (734-222-3930) along with a credit card authorization form https://www.washtenaw.org/162/Forms-Applications and they will get processed. Once the permits are issued they can use the IVR to schedule or schedule via the zeebcss@washtenaw.org email and we’ll reply with a confirmed date for the inspection.
