Our client’s good taste and our quality shine throughout this house with a beautiful new kitchen, master bath and flooring.

True foodies and world travelers, this family needed a hard-working kitchen. State of the art Thermador appliances, a telescoping downdraft that actually works and the new smart layout with tons of drawers make this kitchen hum. Custom cabinets with horizontal grain and book-matched doors are modern and warm at the same time. The quartz countertops are tough but look like marble. The backsplash continuing quartz up the walls adds another dimension of visual interest. Notice the contrasting island is a modern gloss white bringing brightness to the center of the room.

The master bathroom before with its huge jetted tub was so contorted we weren’t certain of the dimensions until after demolition! Opening it up allowed us to clearly see the new walk-in shower and water closet placement. It allows for either privacy or a shared shower; every couple’s dream. Large format tile and analogous colors create a Zen space with a cement look tile, stone, metal and wood for materials.

The flooring is luxury vinyl plank flooring. I know, our client was dubious too! LVT is really durable, long lasting, easy to maintain, and unlike wood floors, are highly scratch and moisture resistant.
