About the Home
Here is a great example of what many Homeowners’ struggle with - “How do I improve my existing home because I really don’t want to move? I love my neighborhood and enjoy my home, but I need a little more space and some improvements.”
This is exactly what the Owners wanted to achieve with their addition / renovation. They decided to add a 12’ x 15’ two story addition on a crawlspace. Only 180 square feet upstairs gave them just enough extra room to add additional space to their child’s room and also the opportunity to improve both upstairs bathrooms. The additional 180 square feet downstairs allowed them to improve their existing Kitchen.
Problem solved! No need to move.
