This first ever Visible Green Home® tour meets Showcase of Homes tour will present an ultra-green, new home project WHILE STILL IN CONSTRUCTION! This will give you the opportunity to look behind the scenes and learn what makes a high-performance home. This tour home has been registered with the United States Green Building Council with the certification goal of Platinum - the highest level possible. It also has been designed to be a NET ZERO home - creating an energy free future for our clients. Come see cutting-edge sustainability and take away inspiration for your own project.
NOTE: GUIDED TOUR FORMAT. Please be aware that this is a live construction site. To ensure your safety access will be curated in special guided tours. Six, 30-minute tours will occur every hour on the hour between 11am & 5pm. Each tour will be followed by an opportunity for you to talk with us about any questions you have and how we might help you with your project!
